SFT IS GROWING!

The movement for freedom and human rights in Tibet is strong, bolstered by campaigns victories, decisive direct actions, and, most importantly, a rapidly expanding grassroots network.

We’re hiring for four new positions at SFT! Please apply and share widely to anyone who would be interested.

Grassroots Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: Students for a Free Tibet is seeking two dedicated and passionate Grassroots Coordinators to join our team, one based in Europe and one in North America. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated team players with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset, willing to approach any challenge with a “can-do” attitude. This role involves expanding SFT’s regional grassroots networks, maintaining accurate chapter records, coordinating with chapters, and facilitating communication and growth within the region. Learn more here.

Development Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: Students for a Free Tibet is seeking a Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and thrive in a team environment. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director to develop and execute long-term fundraising plans, strengthening relationships with donors and supporters of SFT’s work, and focusing on the organization’s messaging and branding. Office Manager

SFT is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This role involves fulfilling various administrative duties, managing financial records under the supervision of the Operations Manager, overseeing merchandise inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a creative, strategic, and dynamic organization at the forefront of Tibet’s non-violent struggle for freedom!
